Training like our ancestors and bringing back the old ways that were gone but not forgotten

Is there a test of strength more pure than putting the wind beneath a natural stone?

(Glory Dolorie)

I've been competing in strongwoman for nearly ten years, but it was natural stone lifting that truly captured my heart. From the moment I stepped into my first stone lifting competition, I was hooked — there’s something about the raw challenge and deep-rooted history of the sport that resonates with me.

Natural stone lifting, with its origins in Ireland, offers a unique connection to tradition and strength, and it’s this blend of heritage and physicality that keeps me coming back. In 2024, I had the privilege of competing at Britain’s Strongest Stonelifter, narrowly missing a podium finish — an experience that has only deepened my determination to return in 2025 and take a spot on the podium.

As a master competitor, I’m passionate about pushing my limits and exploring what’s possible in this incredible sport. Natural stone lifting has become the perfect complement to my strongwoman training — adding variety, challenge, and a whole new level of motivation.
